By purchasing a Personalized Custom Song from Kim's Creative Blessings, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Service Description We provide Personalized Custom Songs based on the information and preferences you submit. Songs are delivered as MP3 files via email or downloadable Google Drive link.

2. Payment Terms Payments are accepted through Stripe, Cash App, or Venmo. Full payment is due before delivery. If you're not 100% satisfied, you are not required to pay.

3. Revisions You are entitled to up to four (4) revisions. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable time after receiving your song.

4. Delivery Timeline Songs are typically delivered within three (3) business days after receiving full payment and all required details.

5. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you are not obligated to pay.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights You receive full ownership and all usage rights to the custom song. You may use it personally or commercially.

By purchasing, you also agree that Kim's Creative Blessings retains the right to use the completed song for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes.

7. Customer Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for creating your song and to respond in a timely manner to revision requests.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
